I think it is worth more than 10 due to the aging yellowed patina that is just enough to know it is aged and not too much that you can not read or touch it!

One of the best things about collecting old books is finding ephemera stashed between the pages. The most interesting stuff I have ever found stuffed into books were envelopes full of letters written in the 1940s between corresponding farmers from Northeast to Midwest and their families during a time of famine. They were complete with photographs.

In this case, I found a single newspaper page from the Boston Herald, dated 1976. The title of the page is "People" and it seems the crime rate was really low in this particular "Eastern" section of Boston. The senior citizens were actually allowed to sit outside at picnic tables, incredible!

This close-knit community actually fought "mass airporting", for all the good it did...imagine what they lost wasting all that time and energy, though we are grateful!

The back of this page is nothing but a fantasy to us! Imagine, a grocery store with a "red spirit"...impossible! A& P, they are a team committed to quality and customer service! I almost fainted to dream of such a marvelous place!
