Beautiful details on this lovely jacket which is in excellent condition with only a few breaks in the embroidery along the back of the shoulder. No fading, which is unusual at this age I would expect a bit of fading or at the very least a moth bite! THe jacket is fully lined with silk. Check out the detail on the sleeves, incredible to find this in such amazing condition! This one has a label; ' MacMurray of California , size small.

Because of the deco details around the pockets, as well as the ribbed texture of the rayon, I would honestly date this to the 1940s, however, after doing research, I have to settle with the 1950s, even though I personally believe it to be the 1940s.
